He also holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance and is licensed as a CPA in New York, Massachusetts, and New Hampshire.

Wayne was a founding partner of Day Seckler LLP, where he played an instrumental role in the firm’s establishment in 2008 and its subsequent growth and success until its 2025 merger with RBT CPAs, LLP. Throughout his 40-year career, he has provided comprehensive accounting, consulting, and tax advisory services to clients across diverse industries.

His professional expertise includes business valuation, mergers and acquisitions, financial restructuring, and insolvency consulting. He has advised management teams of financially distressed companies, assisted creditors, debt and equity holders, and potential purchasers, and has conducted numerous fraud investigations. Wayne’s approach integrates technical proficiency with practical business insight to deliver effective financial and strategic solutions.
